The Studio/Boutique

We have only Aerial Yoga & Pilates fitness in town! Located a few minutes walk from UCCS, we offer full womens boutique featuring True Naturals, Ann Marie, Pure Romance, and Yoga swings, equiptment, & clothing. Stop in anytime between 10:00 am & 8:30 pm or sign up for a class today! All are welcome yoga always on a donations basis. Namaste ~ L

Our Teachers

L Fox ~ Certified in Yoga, Pilates, Herbs & Supplements, Ordained by Universal Life Church, and studying PhD in Christian Counseling at Northwestern Seminary. I am a fun, down to earth, spiritual herbist. Creator of Aerial KunPiYo & No FGG SCAT living. It's always 4:20 somewhere! Namaste ~ L
