I teach a special type of class combining Kundalini Yoga, Pilates, and Aerial fun in one neat little swing. No matter your fitness level, we can accomodate you! Enjoy our fun layed back environment fun for the whole family. We also offer adulf only classes at 4:20 & 7:10 pm daily, all other classes open to all! Donations accepted and all are welcome!
