Get your Yoga & Pilates Certification.
Learn Kundalini Yoga & Pilates movements, postures, and techniques, as well as knowledge necessary to pass the certification exams. Practice with me daily, instruct my classes, and teach your own classes when you are ready to expand your new skills!

60 day cram course!
~ Work around your schedule for daily 90 minute posture clinics.
~ Twice weekly text book training, you choose the one that best works with your schedule.
~ One on one weekly mentorship.
~ Hands on teaching experience.

Work at your own pace, and pay as you go, or pay up front and complete my accelerated 10 week course. I teach you the basics of Kundalini Yoga, and Pilates then teach/coach you on knowledge necessary to pass the certification tests.
